We perform age verification for all creators who wish to join our agency. Underage applicants will be automatically rejected and their information will not be stored. If we discover that a minor has accessed our services, we will immediately cancel their access.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing and using the services of Captio Studios ("the Company", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Captio Studios is a management, education and talent development agency for digital content creators. Our services include: account management on digital platforms, training and continuing education programs, monitoring and analytics services, and international expansion strategies.
CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP
Creators who join Captio Studios operate as independent contractors, not employees. There is no employment relationship between the Company and creators. Each creator is responsible for their own tax and legal obligations in their jurisdiction.
COMMISSION AND PAYMENT STRUCTURE
Commissions and payment structures are established in the individual contract signed between Captio Studios and each creator. Captio Studios is committed to full transparency in all financial aspects of the business relationship.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The creator retains full ownership of their content. Captio Studios obtains a non-exclusive license for management, promotion and optimization purposes in accordance with the terms established in the individual contract.
ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Creators agree to comply with the Terms of Service of all platforms on which they operate, to produce legally permissible content in their jurisdiction, to not involve minors in any type of content, and to not engage in any illegal activities.
CONTRACT TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the contractual relationship with 30 days advance notice. Specific termination terms are established in the individual contract. Captio Studios reserves the right to immediately terminate the relationship in case of violation of terms.
INCOME DISCLAIMER
Captio Studios does not guarantee any specific level of income. Results vary based on dedication, market and other individual factors.
APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are governed by applicable laws according to the primary operating jurisdiction of Captio Studios. Any dispute will be resolved through arbitration or in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
